REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Packet paste • 1 kg of fish head ( cut into half) • 750m1 or 3 tea cups of water • 5 ladies finger and choice of vegetables • 2 tomatoes • 3 or 4 green chilies • Curry Leaves • 6 tablespoon coconut cream or evaporated milk.

METHOD OF COOKING :

1) Add water and fish head into the pot or daypot, cover and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.

2) Add in paste and all the vegetables, cover and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.

3) Add in the coconut cream or milk, bring to boil and serve.

PASTE CONTENT: Chili Powder, Curry Powder, Fennel, Coriander Powder, Garlic, Onion, Tamarind, Salt, Sugar, Palm Oil and Coconut Cream.

 

PES KARI KEPALA IKAN (Beat Bersih: 380 gram) • 1 pek pes • 1 kg kepala ikan (dipotong separuh) • 750m1 atau 3 cawan air • 5 kacang bendi atau sayur•sayuran lain • 2 biji tomato • 3 atau 4 cili hijau • sedikit daun kari • 6 sudu besar Santan atau Susu Isian Sejat

CARA MEMASAK:

1) Masukkan air dan kepala ikan kedalam periuk, tutupkan periuk masak dengan api besar selama 5 minit.

2) Masukkan pes, kacang bendi, sayur, tomato dan bahan fain kedalam periuk tutupkan periuk dan masak dengan api besar selama 5 mint. 3) Masukkan santan atau susu isian sejat masak sehingga mendidih dan siap untuk dihidangkan.

BAHAN•BAHIAN: Serbuk OF, Serbuk Kari, Jintan Manis, Ketumbar, Bawang Putih, Bawang, Asam Jawa, Garam, Gula, Minyak Sawit dan Santan.
